At the turn of the year, Ypsilon from Cologne, Millennium Partners / Alpha Treuhand from Munich and Fidaris from Düsseldorf joined together to form one brand: Ypsilon.
An unconventional name coupled with a clear vision. As a result of this merger, Ypsilon brings together more than 150 highly qualified employees from the fields of tax consulting, auditing and legal consulting at four locations in Cologne, Munich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg.

Saskia Winkmann is a tax consultant focusing on the international taxation of corporations and investment funds. After studying international business administration at the University of Saarbrücken where she majored in international accounting and finance, she spent several years in Luxembourg, where she worked for both large accounting and tax consultancy firms and a leading investment fund administrator. She then worked for VISTRA Germany as a tax consultant.
Andreas Krüger is a senior manager and is responsible for financial statements and tax compliance at Millennium Partners GmbH WpG / StBG. After graduating with a business degree from the University of Siegen, he worked for several tax consulting firms, most recently as a senior manager at the accounting and auditing company Vistra GmbH & Co. KG.
His key focus is on the Besteuerutaxation of international corporate groups that have independent or dependent branches in
Peter Lenz ist Partner von Millennium und Wirtschaftsprüfer mit der klaren Spezialisierung im Bereich Financial Services. Nach seiner Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann und abgeschlossenem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal, arbeitete er langjährig bei zwei Big-Four Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften. Zuletzt war er bei einer international geprägten Kanzlei Partner.
Bei Millennium konzentriert er und sein Team sich vorwiegend auf die Bereiche Private Equity und Corporate.
Christina Pickhardt works as a tax consultant in the role of director at MILLENNIUM. She previously worked as an external consultant for the Sal. Oppenheim Group for several years and then for Deutsche Bank.
At MILLENNIUM, she mainly focuses on the creation of domestic and international income tax declarations for corporations including year-end financial statements as well as the taxation of investment companies.
Marion Tholen is Director of the Financial Statement, Tax Compliance department at Millennium Partners GmbH WpG / StBG. After studying business administration at RWTH Aachen, she worked for medium-sized tax consulting and auditing firms for 15 years before moving to the accounting department of an international retail company. In 2020, she returned to consulting and headed the Financial Statements, Tax Compliance team at the auditing and accounting firm Vistra GmbH & Co. KG.
Mirko Gössing is a Certified Public Accountant and tax consultant. As a Partner at Millennium with more than 10 years of professional experience, he supports corporate clients in the fields of GAAP andTax Compliance, year-end audits and consulting.
His interdisciplinary work a public accountant and tax consultant means he is responsible for organizing the compliance requirements of his clients to ensure their consistent growth.
Peter Reinold is a tax consultant and managing director at MILLENNIUM GmbH and focuses on the international taxation of corporations and investment funds, as well as the structuring of corporate groups. After studying at RWTH Aachen University, where he majored in business tax theory, and successfully passing his tax consulting exams, he worked at several law firms. He was most recently a managing partner at optegra Cologne and VISTRA Germany.
Peter Lenz is a partner in Millennium and Certified Public Accountant with a clear specialization in financial services. After completing an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and graduating in economics at the University of Wuppertal, he worked for two of the “big-four” accounting firms for several years. Most recently, he was a partner at an international law firm.
At Millennium, he and his team mainly focus on the areas of private equity and corporate.
Maximillian Kerndl is a Founding Partner of Millennium and a lawyer who specializes in the field of taxation. After studying law at the University of Augsburg and completing the practical part of his training to become a lawyer at the Munich Higher Regional Court, Maximilian worked for medium-sized international law firms, including Vistra.
